The Story You Keep Telling Yourself

Our stories are very powerful and super important because they represent our life…

If your story doesn’t read how you would like it to what are you going to do about it? Are you going to keep telling yourself the same old story that you repeatedly told yourself over and over last year and the year before that and the one before that?

You know the one that goes a long the lines of poor me there is no way that I can have what I want because????? And all your excuses come out to why it is you can’t and they are only excuses. You can limit yourself by the story you have made up about you. When you tell yourself things like…

  • I am no good at maths
  • I am big boned so struggle with my weight
  • I am no good at writing
  • I am stubborn
  • I have never been able to dance well
  • No one in my family is successful
  • I am a quite person and don’t have confidence

The truth is you get what you tell yourself so if you don’t have the life you want then it is time to start telling yourself a different story. Change your words for example and say - “I will learn what I need to know so I can do maths!”

If your life was a jigsaw puzzle and you couldn’t figure out where all the pieces went then you would never complete the puzzle and get the whole picture. Make this the year that you find all the pieces to your puzzle and that putting them in the correct gap is a priority.

  1. If you removed all the barriers/obstacles, that there was nothing or no one in your way - that you could have anything you wanted…. What would the life you really want look like?
  2. What one thing could you do immediately that would make a change in your life?
  3. What will it cost you and what will you miss out on over the next six months, two years, five years…if you don’t take action, make changes in your life?

Answer these questions truthfully be really specific and get total clarity. With these answers start to write a new story for your life. A story where you can have what you want not a story that is telling you why you can’t have it. Get rid of those self-limiting beliefs. You get what you believe.

It doesn’t matter what your current situation is, whether it is you are experiencing financial problems, relationship troubles, suffering with health issues, job loss or you are just feeling stuck in the humdrum of a life that sucks!

You Are The Author Of Your Life!

You CAN turn whatever it is around with the story you tell yourself. Change your story – change your life. It’s that simple! Don’t let your dream stay away out in the never, never land - this year make it a reality and really live your dream. Your life is way too important to not live it in the way you want.

Make this the year you live as the REAL YOU!

You need to dream your ideal life and then go live your ideal life!

Another secret to real happiness is progress. Progress on a regular basis makes you feel alive. To make progress you have to live your life in a different way -  keep taking little steps towards what you want…be an action taker. Become engaged in your life and make conscious decisions about your choices.

Ask yourself… ‘if I do this what am I going to gain in my life and if I don’t do it what will it cost me?’ Forge ahead with a positive story and one that will complete the jigsaw of your life.

Another important step to take is to ‘raise your standards’ -  step up to where you need to be to get the life you want. Let absolutely nothing stop you. Discover what you are capable of…make your life extraordinary. Feel proud of yourself take back the control of your life and raise it to another level. Create a new life with a new story.

SUCCESS STRATEGIES

80/20 Principle

In 1897 an Italian economist called Pareto discovered that 20% of people in England had 80% of the money. He also found that 20% of pea pods in his garden produced 80% of his peas.

Now he is famous!

His Pareto Principle predicts that in any situation, just a few things are much more important than all the rest.

This means...

  • In business, 20% of customers give you 80% of the profits.
  • For students, 20% of a book's pages contain 80% of the information. Concentrate on the 20%.
  • 20% of the food you eat creates 80% of the fat!
  • 20% of your neighbours make 80% of the noise.
  • 20% of the people in your office do 80% of the work.
  • 20% of your activities bring 80% of the results.

This is the 80/20 rule. You'll see it everywhere!

Your daily tasks are not equally important. If you have 10 jobs to do today, two of them will be more critical than the other eight.

Every day, figure out the important 20%. Do those FIRST.

Average people put average effort into lots of things.
Achievers put major effort into key things.

You can't do everything - but you can do the 20%. Don't lose sleep over the 80%!

We now have lots of time saving appliances and new
technology to help and we don't have to do everything
the 'long way' but people still wish they had more time.

If you are not using your time effectively it doesn't
matter how many time saving devices you own -
there will never be enough time... you must prioritise.

PRIORITISE YOUR TIME

Set priorities using the Pareto's Principles or the 80/20 rule. This powerful 80/20 principle of getting the most from the least when applied makes a huge impact on the results you produce in your life.

It comes down to time management and what we decide to spend our 80/20 on... RESULTS or A LIFE OF CLUTTER!

Think about the one action that will ACHIEVE results quickly. ONE thing can changeEVERYTHING!!

Simply making a 'to do list' is not good enough. Unless you target the 20%, you can waste 80% of your time!

When you are considering the individual tasks you have to do, ask yourself if 'you' actually need to do them. Remember the 80/20 rule and decide which tasks you can delegate.

If you are doing the school run everyday, is there another parent you can share this task with. Can you get a cleaner in weekly to take care of some housework or someone to tidy the garage, mow the lawns or weed the garden?

Once you find ways to free up time, it leaves you to focus on the stuff you are good at. When your mind isn't cluttered with routine you'll have more energy to apply to your ultimate lifestyle goals.

Start your 'to do list' with the most important tasks and put them in first, including your lifestyle dates each week. Then decide when the rest will get done. Create an effective plan that maximizes your time and gives a powerful sense of purpose, drive and fulfillment every day.

Remember to include your routine tasks that you need to take care of to... housework, taking the kids to school, appointments, and making time for your family. These need to be scheduled into your 'to do' lists as well... don't forget your day to day life when you're planning your big picture.

When you have planning tools in place and your life is not full of clutter you don't forget the important things and you stop stressing over the small stuff. You are not overwhelmed and have more time and can get more done and that's amazing. Track your progress and celebrate your success!

PURPOSEFUL GOALS

June is here so now that it is 1/2 way through 2013...it is really time to get serious and set purposeful goals that you can achieve before the end of the year.

It's time to really zone it down, focus and totally commit to taking the necessary action.

All the fun in the world cannot make up for a lack of genuine satisfaction with what you have actually achieved.

The strategy is to identify and commit to clear goals. We need to know what we want to get out of the next hour, the remainder of the day, the rest of the year, the next five years, and the rest of our lives.

GOAL SETTING

All goals should be SMART goals. This acronym means: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.

SMART goals can be set across all key domains of your life i.e. home, work, recreation. They can be short, medium or long-term goals.

Experienced goal setters will always ask, 'Does this add value to my life?'

It's a great question. It ensures that we are always moving in a valued direction, and that we are setting goals that are healthy for us, which will enrich our lives.

It is important to build both tangible and intangible goals into your life. By ensuring that you are always 'creating' and 'learning' you are remaining fresh and energized.

An achievement focus encourages us to take any opportunity for development and improvement that we see. Achievement brings purpose, meaning and momentum to our life. We feel more confident and self-assured for having achieved...a feeling of satisfaction.

Develop a specific plan to get there, identify the timeline required and put in the immediate steps required to get there and take ACTION.

To excel and achieve your goals, takes a mindset that you believe you will and that you can.

What you can achieve in life is limitless, you are only ever limited by your imagination. The possibilities are endless and you are surrounded in opportunities.

To get more you have to do more and this usually means pushing yourself outside your comfort zone. When you feel a bit uncomfortable that's where you need to be and you just have to keep going and push even harder.

So come on get those goals on track and make 2013 your best year yet... Do something today your future self will thank you for!!

7 DEADLY PHRASES TO AVOID - TO CREATE AN AWESOME LIFE!

Creating the awesome life you want can be hard work and it does require you to put in some effort.

If you have a dream of making more money, getting a promotion at work, starting your own business, becoming more healthier, or improving your relationships then you need to take massive action NOW...and watch the language you think and speak. Avoid using the following deadly phrases!!

1. WHEN. This is not a word to use when it comes to improving your life. As it sounds like this..."When I lose 10kg I'll start dating again. When I'm a bit older and when I have worked here longer I will ask for that promotion. When I complete my degree I can start looking at a side-business of my own." Most of the time, our 'whens' just don't happen, or if they do, they take so long that we've forgotten what it was we wanted. 'When' is rarely necessary, but just to be sure, ask yourself this: "Would it be illegal, unethical or immoral to start now?" If the answer is NO, then get started...don't wait for 'WHEN.'

2. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. These 3 simple words will keep you from making that important phone call, or trying out for an audition, or hitting the publish button. You might think how can a phrase with 'good' in it be so bad but it is when it keeps you procrastinating. The solution. Turn it around. Instead of saying "This isn't good enough..." change it to "It's not perfect yet but it is good enough to start." Don't wait for everything to be perfect. Just begin and put it out there and see what happens!!

3. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME. The same person who doesn't have the time to go to the gym after work will immediately be free for the whole evening if you present them with free tickets to an event or sports match. It may feel like you don't have time, but with some focus and planning and getting rid of some non-essential commitments (e.g. T.V., Facebook) you can free up at least 30 minutes if not more every night to work on those actions that will help you create a better and more fulfilling life.

4. SOMEDAY. There's nothing wrong with having a "someday" list of things to do and places you want to go but it is more likely that you will achieve it if you put a timeline on it ...Set a completion date. Someday is such a deceptive word. It makes you feel good by proclaiming you'll somedayachieve something, but months, years, and even decades can pass and that someday is still along way off. It is far better that you just get up and 'DO IT.'

5. WILLPOWER. The problem with willpower is that people either think they have it or that they don't. They'll say, " Well of course I ordered the double-fudge sundae topped with whipped cream. What did you expect from someone who doesn't have any willpower?" Your genes determine the colour of your eyes, NOT whether you order dessert or not.

6. WANT/WISH/HOPE. Stop wanting, wishing, and hoping to do something or for something to happen. That's for wimps. If you want more control over your fate, YOU must take more responsibility for your actions and their outcomes. Don't just sit around expecting change to arrive at your doorstep. It takes a decision and it takes action, not wishful thinking!

7. IT'S NOT THE RIGHT TIME. If not now, then when??? No, really: If you are waiting for the stars to align, it's not going to happen. Instead of waiting for the right time, shift your thinking and decide when you are going to start and put your action plan in place with the start date and get STARTED!!

Think back to an achievement or goal you have accomplished and see the vision, dedication and perseverance it took to get there. Stop sabotaging your future with these 7 Deadly Phrases and start working towards creating a life you want TODAY!

DO YOU EVER FEEL STUCK IN A RUT?

Being stuck in a rut can drag you down, make you feel depressed, or as if life is something you just go through but no longer enjoy.

You become this way slowly without realising it; until one day you wonder what happened to your life, and when did this happen to you!

For many daily life is designed by some form of routine which can't be avoided, like going to work 8 hours a day, taking the kids to school each day, cooking, cleaning???

Another reason behind routine is the safety barrier…where we get comfortable with our lives and feel secure in them, so why change?

However, sometimes routine can start to get us down, leave us with a feeling of dissociation and start causing problems in relationships, work and daily life in general…and we gradually become unhappy.

This is the time for CHANGE and FAST!!!

Dig yourself out of the hole and start enjoying life again.

One of the memorable statements that was said after Steve Irwin's tragic death in 2006 was by his wife Terri Irwin, when she said, this was something Steve always mentioned to his children and he also genuinely lived by this…

"Don't let the little things get you down."

That is a great statement and a powerful ingredient to living a happy, stress free life out of the rut.

It's when we hold things back, start worrying about things and harbouring grudges that many problems occur in life…mental, emotional and physical problems.

When things are allowed to 'build up' we get overwhelmed. Most of us don't even enjoy 'our own' company when we feel like this.

* TIPS TO GET OUT OF THE RUT…

- Do at least one thing everyday that is different to your normal routine, this could be something as simple as taking a short break and going for a walk, sitting down to read a chapter of a book or any other hobby you once enjoyed.

- Take up a new hobby, make sure that you give yourself some times throughout the day to just enjoy something you like doing.

- Shake up meal times by having something different, you can either try a different recipe or order different take out, try foods from different cultures.

- Get out and meet new people, there are many ways you can achieve this, join a gym, club or attend a self-imp rovement class or hobby class. Attend networking groups like BNI, join organisations like Zonta, Rotary, The Lions Club, Toastmasters.

- Drive a different way to work or if possible walk or start cycling, not only will this break the rut you are in but also get you fitter...if you can take a scenic route where you are by the sea or can see the mountains or the trees do so...being in nature is so good for the soul.

- Take up a new sport; there are many types of sport with something for the fitter to the more moderate forms of exercise.

- Do something special for someone else without expecting something in return...make someone's day.

- Do something each day that is totally out of character for you, start off with small changes and work your way up to bigger ones.

- If you are stuck at home with children then change your routine throughout the day, don't always do the same chore at the same time, shake up the way you do your housework.

- Make small changes around the home or work area.

- De-clutter your home or work area; it is surprising how being surrounded by clutter can get you down.

- Be very grateful and appreciate what you already have.

Go ahead! Select AT LEAST one thing from the list above and just do it!

We are now 1/4 of the way through this year so it is important that you make some changes NOWso that 2013 will be your most awesome year yet!!

How To Build Your Mindset For Wealth On All Levels

We are into the 3rd month of 2013…how is the year shaping up for you so far. It is important that you make yourself accountable and answerable to achieving your goals. The year can slip away very easy without you achieving what you want….leaving you feeling disappointed at the end of the year.

*  What new things to date have you achieved this year?

*  What changes have you made to your life?

*  What actions have you taken so far?

Are your actions and thoughts moving you closer to your goal or taking you further away? The door of opportunity swings on small hinges…are you ready to pull it open, step through and grab your opportunities?

Donald Trump, Bill Gates and Richard Branson all have at least one thing in common, besides the fact that they are all rich, it is that they share a similar wealthy mindset.

There’s a lot of advice readily available but the majority of people, who expect success to happen or to come to them, do not realise that you have to work for it and make it happen.

It is a well-known fact in today’s business world that the top 5% of the world’s most wealthy people have a completely different mind set to the remaining 95% that make up the worlds population.

Living the lifestyle of someone with a wealthy mindset has to do with changing the way that you approach your life.  All of the success that you will attain in life can be attributed to your mindset.

The quality of the life that you live will be a direct result of the choices that you make everyday. DECISIONS-DECIDE-DESTINY…..it’s as simple as that!!

You do get to choose when deciding how you will live your life. The actions you take and the actions you DON’T take will determine your destiny.

You have to step up and take advantage of possible new opportunities, regardless of the risk.  Change is great; you need a mindset of possibilities. Another factor is that you are able to delay gratification.  You must realise to achieve long-term success; you have to live through the initial grief.  This applies whether it is business, sports, fitness, weight loss, career, or personal growth.

Figures of speech to use that make a difference are the likes of …“I’ll make the time” “What is it worth to me in the long term” and “If other people can do it so can I.” Know that playing it safe will not bring the opportunities that make a difference in the long term.

To excel and achieve your goals, takes a mindset that believes that you will, and that you can. 

Take responsibility for your own circumstances and choose what your behaviour and actions will be to support your long-term goals for the future.  Simply put,…YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!

Only you can choose your mindset, can decide to exercise and keep physically healthy and fit.  You have the choice of what you put in your mouth to eat, what food you buy at the supermarket to stock your cupboards.

To get what you want for any area of your life, physical, mental, spiritual, well being it is your decision. It is your choice what mindset you will have for every area in your life. Move up into the 5% of the population that understands this.

Wealth, Health, Fitness does not discriminate; you can be just as wealthy, healthy as anybody else. Success must be called upon, achieved; it won’t just come to you because you will it to.  You actually have to get off the couch and do something.

7 Steps To Develop A Healthy Mindset

  1. Understand the laws of cause and effect – you must give, if you wish to receive.  This helps to empower you to make the choices that lead to the kind of changes you want for yourself
  2. Believe that you can have wealth, great health and success.  If you don’t believe, it’s like taking one step forward and two steps back, gets you nowhere.  Belief gets you that life of balance and fulfillment.
  3. Develop a consciousness to see opportunities.  Ask yourself how can I make what I want…better, faster, easier and more enjoyable? Look for the opportunities it is more than positive thinking.
  4. Develop your skill set. Continually educate yourself and learn new skills. Organize your time and hangout with high achievers.  Put yourself out there.  The power to change comes with your level of knowledge.
  5. Visualise yourself with an abundance of wealth, good health, ideal body shape, open-mind, complete happiness and fulfilment, love.
  6. You get back what you put in; keep negative thoughts out of your mind.  What other people have to say about you is none of your business – just pay attention to what you put out.
  7. Think of money as if it were energy.  The amount of money that you receive or pay out should be equivalent to the amount of energy that you expend.  If you believe that you should be receiving more money, then you need to think about increasing the amount of energy that you put into your efforts.  The same applies to health, weight – whatever you want is up to you!!

 

Step out of your comfort zone, have the courage to step into the unknown for that is how your mind expands and grows to create new things. Don’t be afraid to try new things, to make mistakes and learn from these mistakes. Stepping outside your comfort zone is what moves you up to a new level in the quality of your life.

There are no excuses anymore because nowadays it’s very easy to learn anything you want to know with the Internet and the many other resources we have.  Take advantage of all that is offered to you and commit to learning.

Find a mentor that will help you become the person you aspire to be no matter how hard life may seem and whatever may have happened to you, don’t give up on your dreams, find someone who will help inspire and motivate you – you only live once so make your life worth living.

In a world where you have the possibility to literally do and become anything you want… are you living your life in such a way that you could look back and say you wouldn’t have done it any other way.

It doesn’t matter where you’ve been, it doesn’t matter how many mistakes you’ve made and it doesn’t matter how many times you have been rejected and ridiculed in the past, because, today is a brand new day and you have another chance, a new opportunity to start again. Take advantage – each day offers a new beginning and all it requires is you to change your mindset.

The best is yet to come! Believe it! Live for today… “Don’t let a bad day make you feel like you have a bad life.” Live for today yesterday was then!

There are so many people who have disabilities who manage to achieve incredible things against all odds.  They inspire lives.  When you’re making excuses for yourself, read one of their stories of amazing achievement and it will motivate and inspire you.

A great person to start with would be Nick Vujicic, a man born with no arms or legs, what he has overcome is incredible a very powerful story. His mindset has no limitations!

Follow your dreams…we all have them.  Some are big and ambitious, while others might be small and more realistic.  Doesn’t matter how they are…just go after it?

Take some risks, climb some metaphorical mountain, and push your limits… give it all you’ve got. Get a mindset that is inline with the life you want.

2013 Mantra:  "I CAN, I WILL, WATCH ME!"

Already we are going into the second month of 2013 and no doubt like many you will have set your goals/resolutions for the year.

I love February and call it ACTION month. January is all about holidays, relaxation and recharging yourself – organising your mind and setting goals/resolutions for what you want to achieve for the coming year.

Statistics show that 95% of people that make a New Year's resolution never follow it through – Making a New Year’s Resolution is like a tradition…there is something inside us that wants to make things better. A new calendar year gives this idea that we can have a fresh start.

A lot of people make resolutions year after year but they never do anything to follow through with them and so after a while they don’t even bother because they don’t want to end up disappointed.

A resolution is really a wish list, something you hope will happen. A resolution is to resolve something. When you resolve something you are saying, this is the way it’s going to be and you cut off any possibility except the thing you have committed to.  An example is the old adage – ‘If you want to take the island you have to burn the boats.’

If you want changes you have to take control of the process and not just hope your life will change. A detailed action plan is needed that will make progress towards your goal. Progress makes you happy!!

Take action now and see how much progress you can make in February.

7 TIPS TO HELP GET YOUR LIFE ON TRACK

1. VISION
It all starts with your vision - what do you want, what does it look like; what do you have to do to achieve it. Your vision has to be inspiring and to be what you really truly want. Be very specific...success comes from having a vision that is compelling enough to get you through when the challenges come up. Your vision must excite you and be something that makes it hard to sleep at night and that makes you leap out of bed in the morning.  It fills you with energy and passion so you take action. You have to have strong enough reasons why you want it when the going gets tough. When you look around at what you have in your life, could you have so much more if you just got motivated or had the right energy levels, or just didn’t procrastinate.

2. STANDARDS
If you want more for your life you have to raise your standards to the level you desire to be at. Step up, feel the power, push yourself through the challenges. Demand more from yourself, the standards you accept for yourself determine the life you have, never lower yourself to other people's standards...it is simply up to YOU! It is really hard to be truly happy when you are not being your true self. The identity you have for yourself is your standards. Take a look at where you have a limitation and ask yourself when did you decide this is who you are. Go up a level -  lift your standards to be the person you want to be. Changing your life is about changing your inner world.

3. ACTION
Be an action taker - nothing changes until you do something. Your actions set you on a path to win or lose. Don’t be overwhelmed by the big picture – take little tiny steps everyday towards your goal. Set a detailed plan and take the necessary steps to propel you forward. Daily small steps grow into BIG things. Just like saving $1 everyday gives you $7 by the end of the week, so will your small daily steps expand out towards your goal making it more achievable. If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. You don't get a result without some action. Create the habit of preparing each night for the next day. When you get up with your action steps already in place you achieve far more. Sometimes you simply have to stand up, stand out and be noticed!!

4. FOCUS
Success requires the power of focus. Focus your vision consistently with clarity like a laser beam, with that kind of determined focus you can't help but get the result you want. When you are focused you notice opportunities around you. Too many people go to their graves with unfulfilled dreams... "You'll miss 100% of the shots you don't take." Whatever you focus on you attract…just like when you decide on the type of new car you want you suddenly see them everywhere. To keep the focus on your end result, ask yourself this question every time you are making a decision…’ Will this take me closer to my goal or further away.’ The questions you ask yourself control what you focus on.

5. BELIEF
The life you live is a result of the beliefs you have of how your life is going to be. Believe in the possibility of achieving your goals. Beliefs and the thoughts you have shape your world and they become the reality that is your life. ‘What anyone else has to say about you is none of your business.’ It only matters what you say about yourself. Get rid of the doubts and develop a mindset that believes in YOU. Make sure your beliefs are in alignment with what you want. Beliefs control your life, you are never going to get what you want without a strong belief that you can have it.

6. COURAGE
Step outside your comfort zone and have the courage to take the necessary risks to make your dreams come true. Be courageous and multiply your results by leveraging your time, knowledge and the knowledge of others. Having the courage to go for it helps to stop procrastination, which is the thief of time, and you can never get back time that you have wasted. Be disciplined, dump your emotional baggage, get over yourself, drop the victim state, the poor me has to go, just get on with it and have the courage to step up and do what is required....it's as simple as that!!!

 7. CONFIDENCE
Having confidence in yourself is a major key to your success. Confidence helps raise your self-esteem. Your level of self-esteem  and how you see yourself determines what you will do. Your confidence increases by learning more, becoming an expert in your field. Education in the area of your goal is a must and practice, practice, practice. The more you commit to anything the more confident you become and that changes your world. Confidence helps to control your fears. Fear appears as real in your thoughts, take control of your fears before they paralysis you into inaction. Become CONFIDENT.

SPRING is here a time of new beginnings. I love it the blossoms
bursting open on the trees, the daffodils blowing in the breeze and the
new born lambs prancing around the paddocks.

Take a minute to think back to a time of new beginnings for you…a
time when your life changed, an addition to the family, moving
house, a new job/business. Remember those feelings of excitement,
trepidation and the dreams you had as you began this new journey.

In a new beginning it is so easy to find a simpler and more efficient
way of managing tasks that had been done in a certain way for a
number of years, to spot the flaws in old systems.

Have you ever stepped back and assessed what you’re doing everyday
and been honestly able to say that you are still as efficient as you could
be. Sit down and look at your business or job your life, as if you are
just starting.

Look at what you do, your systems, your team, your marketing…..look
at absolutely everything in your business through the eyes of a new
manager. Be honest with yourself….are you doing everything the best
way you could be? While you are there check out your lifestyle also.

Are you at your ideal weight, fitness level, life balance. Are you at
where you thought you would be at this time of your life? Recognising
it is one thing….but it doesn’t mean you have to carry on this way.
Clean out the clutter…look at everything with a clear vision. What’s
going well….and not so well. Ask the question….How can I improve my
life?

Come on…. out with the old and in with the new. Step out of
your comfort zone and really live!!!

100-Day Challenge

From the 22nd September we have 100 days left of 2012

100 days is still plenty of time to achieve some of your
dreams and goals for the year.

So start your 100-Day challenge on the 22nd September and
finish the year on a high and be proud of yourself for what
you have achieved.

Set your challenge by writing down your goal or goals and
put in place each day a step towards achieving your goal.
Make yourself answerable and accountable, no excuses for
not doing your daily steps. When you take care of the small
steps you are suddenly ready to make the giant stride.

Once you have written down your goal you need to assess it
for effectiveness and you need to have the belief that you can
achieve your goal.

Goals may seem impossible to achieve, but if you break them
down into smaller bite-size goals, or form an action plan,
they are much more manageable and with perseverance you
will achieve them.

Make achieving your goals exciting to you. If you are not
excited about the prospect of achieving the goal your
motivation will be low. The more exciting it is to you the
more you will do to achieve it.
